What we collect
If you join our waitlist, we collect the email address and name you provide, along with which product and size you're interested in. We do not ask for or store payment details, addresses, or any other personal information at this stage.
How we use it
We use your email solely to notify you when the product you registered interest in becomes available to order. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who processes it
Waitlist submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service, which stores your submission securely on our behalf. We do not run our own database of customer data.
Cookies and analytics
We only use cookies if you explicitly accept them via the cookie banner. If accepted, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, with IP addresses anonymised. See our Cookie Policy for full detail, and you can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email mknaofficial@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
How long we keep data
Waitlist entries are kept until the relevant product launches and the waitlist is cleared, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business develops — for example, once we begin processing real orders through Stripe. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
